Every order comes with free UK delivery as standard, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so your jewellery arrives safely and with a little extra piece of mind. 

Need it in a hurry? Select ‘Express’ (Royal Mail Special Delivery) at checkout and we’ll make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible, as long as the item is ready to ship.

Outside the UK? We’d love to help you get your hands on something special. Just get in touch and we’ll talk through your options.

Returns

Your happiness matters to us. We put so much love and care into every piece, and we want you to feel just as good wearing it as we did making it. If something isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll do our best to help. 

A couple of things worth knowing before you get in touch:

Earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, and pieces that have been personalised especially for you are non-refundable. For the full details on what’s covered, our T&Cs and FAQs have everything you need.

Packaging

Everything is sent in an FSC-certified postal box, with your piece nestled in tissue paper made from recycled materials, sealed with a 100% recycled paper sticker. Your jewellery will also be tucked into a branded cardboard jewellery box, made from FSC-certified materials and fully recyclable. Even the brown tape holding it all together is recyclable. 

A lot of thought has gone into choosing packaging that treads as lightly as possible on the planet. We’d love it if you could re-use what you can, and recycle the rest responsibly.
