Silver Stacking Ring Workshop 

There’s something uniquely satisfying about sliding a ring onto your finger and knowing you made it yourself – and that’s exactly what you’ll leave with. Make your own pair of recycled sterling silver stacking rings, adding texture with specialist hammers or keeping it sleek with a polished finish. The design choices are entirely yours.

This is the perfect starting point if you’ve never made jewellery before. You’ll get hands-on with real jeweller’s tools in a relaxed, supportive environment, and walk away with two beautiful, wearable rings and the confidence to know silversmithing is something you can actually do. Perfect for absolute beginners.

Stone Set Ring Workshop

Make yourself, or a loved one a real gem set sterling silver ring. Pick from a selection of coloured gemstones to make your ring bespoke to you. Using a range of jewellers tools you will first make yourself a plain ring, and then using soldering techniques you will attach a bezel cup to your ring. Then, carefully, you will set your stone into your ring.

In this class you will learn a huge amount about jewellery and jewellery making, and also the gemstones that jewellers use in jewellery.

Sea Glass Pendant Workshop

Every piece of Devon sea glass has spent years being shaped by the sea and in this workshop, you’ll give it a second life. Using a piece of hand-found sea glass, you’ll craft a recycled sterling silver pendant around it that couldn’t exist anywhere else in the world, because no two pieces of sea glass ever are! Best suited to those who have previously attended one of our workshops.

Sea Glass Ring Workshop

You’ve already made your first silver ring – now take those skills somewhere truly special! Using a piece of hand-found Devon beach sea glass, you’ll set a piece of the Devon coast directly into a sterling silver ring that’s completely your own. No two pieces of sea glass are the same, which means no two rings ever will be either.

Best suited to those who have previously attended a beginner-friendly workshop (such as our Stacking Ring Workshop) first. The day will be fairly full on with lots of learning and concentration. 

Gemstone Pendant

You’ve got an eye for what you like – now make it! Choose your gemstone, choose your design, and spend the day crafting a sterling silver pendant that’s entirely your own vision. Whether you bring a design idea with you or find inspiration from one of our collections on the day, you’ll leave with a piece of jewellery that exists nowhere else in the world.

This workshop is a chance to push your skills further – combining stone setting with your own creative direction to make something you’d genuinely struggle to find in a shop.

Spinner Ring

There’s a reason spinner rings are so hard to put down and even harder to stop wearing! In this workshop you’ll build your own from scratch using sheet silver and wire, adding optional copper or brass details, textures and patterns to make it completely personal to you. The result is a ring that’s as satisfying to make as it is to wear.

Whether you’re drawn to spinner rings for the calming fidget or simply because you love how they look, you’ll leave with one that’s entirely your own design and the silversmithing skills to back it up.

Silver Torque Bangle

A bangle you’ve measured to your own wrist, shaped with your own hands, and personalised exactly as you like – there’s nothing quite like wearing a piece of jewellery that’s yours in every sense. In this workshop you’ll craft a solid sterling silver torque bangle from scratch, adding textures, symbols, words or patterns to make it completely unique to you.

Suitable for beginners, you’ll be guided through every step – from measuring and cutting to shaping and finishing – and leave with a handcrafted piece of silver jewellery and the skills to know how it was made.

Precious Metal Clay (PMC) Workshop

Precious metal clay is exactly what it sounds like – real silver in clay form. You shape it, sculpt it and mould it with your hands, and once it’s fired it becomes solid sterling silver. It’s one of the most accessible and creatively freeing materials in jewellery making – no prior experience needed.

You’ll use PMC to create your own set of silver earrings and a necklace from scratch. This class relies more on shaping and sculpting with your hands than on traditional jeweller’s tools, making it a wonderfully accessible introduction to silversmithing.
